Child Safety Standards

Maratha Antarpat is an adults-only matrimony service for the Maratha community. Every user must be of legal marriageable age (18 or over). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our standards

• Adults only— the app is intended solely for adults seeking marriage. We target the 18-and-over audience on Google Play and use Google Play's controls to restrict users determined to be minors from downloading the app or making purchases.
• Zero tolerance — any content or conduct that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly prohibited and results in immediate content removal and account termination.
• Moderation and reporting — users can report or block any profile or message directly in the app; reports are reviewed and acted upon.
• Legal compliance— we comply with all applicable child-safety laws. Where we become aware of CSAM, we remove it, preserve relevant information, and report to the appropriate regional and national authorities, including India's designated authorities and, where applicable, the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
