Who we are
This service is operated as a sole proprietorship under the trade name Maratha Antarpat (the "Data Fiduciary"), based in Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India, and is responsible for your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Profile information you provide (name, age, education, family details, community details, photos), and standard technical data needed to operate the service securely.
DPDP Act compliance
We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act from day one. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — contact our Grievance Officer below.
Grievance Officer
For any question, request, or complaint about your personal data — including access, correction, or deletion — contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@marathaantarpat.com. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and to resolve them within 30 days.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on infrastructure located in India. Photos are stored privately and are visible only to authenticated, paid members of the community.
